A Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of experience into Risk & Assurance and has worked with international MNCs like Barclays Bank & Moody's.

Over the period he has assisted various organisations in Institutionalisation of their Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERM) which includes designing and regular testing of business processes/sub processes (including SOX), risk & controls, maps, narratives. He also has been assisting organisations in drafting & monitoring their Policies & SOPs, training teams and have organised various national/International level conferences with an audience size of more than 1000 participants.

He is an expert in conducting Risk based Internal Audits and Fraud Investigations which have helped organisations in controlling revenue leakages and generate cost efficiencies by keeping overall risk under the risk appetite. He also has rich experience in designing and testing the IT Applications, IT Controls including general computer controls & EUDAs and has also successfully managed various automation projects which includes designing the system workflow, configuration of reports & controls in an IT system by understanding the user requirements and finally performing UAT.

He carries good experience in managing Onsite/Offsite regulatory Inspections & audits with various regulatory bodies such as RBI, SEBI & SFIO (CBI) along with organisation's In-house Investigations and is equipped with traits of providing satisfactory commentaries & resolving issues raised by regulators & auditors.
